Hi! I'm Chloe Hafner, an artist and user experience designer building empathetic and inclusive menopause care experiences at Gennev in Seattle.
Before pivoting into UX Design, I pursued tech sales. While I enjoyed my work, I wasn’t fulfilled. I wanted to use more of my creativity, empathy, and design skills in my job. I began researching possible career paths and discovered UX design. It felt like I had met my perfect match: a career where I could combine my passions, interests, and talents to make a meaningful impact on others.
I began to realize that I had been doing UX design long before I learned it was a possible career path. I’ve always found myself drawn to solving problems creatively, connecting with others on a deeper level, and creating experiences that spark joy, comfortability, and empathy, whether that’s by helping small businesses and web developers improve their websites, trying a new recipe, or ensuring that diverse voices and perspectives are respected, valued, and amplified before moving forward with a solution.
I enrolled in the Google UX Design Professional Certificate Program, immersing myself in the world of UX Design, expanding my toolkit and amplifying my passion for the field.
